DP-525CJ won't work.....can it be fixed

DP-525CJ Desktop publisher word processor. This is what we have. This unit fell from the desk and onto it's front. It doesn't work anymore. Do you think an expert there could help me troubleshoot this item? Thanks, Susan

Okay, this is the problem. The paper feed won't work. Nothing appears to be broken. I was thinking that something needs reset.
The paper just won't feed. The screen works, the whole thing works, but when when I print, and this is with forcing the paper in it, it only prints 1/2 of the letters. Like, say an H for example......only the bottom half will print. Like a sentence.......only the bottom half will print.
I hope you understand. If not, I can explain more, I guess.
I found the manual online but I couldn't find anything in it to trouble shoot this problem. Maybe someone else could but I couldn't find it.

Wiztake it apart and see if any wires are loose.

i dont believe a manual will help with your problem. theres something bent or shifted out of place. you will need a shop to fix it or send the unit to me lol. seriously it needs to be taken apart and examined.

First things first:
1) See if something is missing /part or something is broke on your unit.
2) See if some part when you put the paper is forcing in the wheels or a wheel is broke. to take out the paper.
3) replace if you can the system.
