DP-525CJ won't work.....can it be fixed

- Okay, this is the problem. The paper feed won't work. Nothing appears to be broken. I was thinking that something needs reset.
The paper just won't feed. The screen works, the whole thing works, but when when I print, and this is with forcing the paper in it, it only prints 1/2 of the letters. Like, say an H for example......only the bottom half will print. Like a sentence.......only the bottom half will print.
I hope you understand. If not, I can explain more, I guess.
I found the manual online but I couldn't find anything in it to trouble shoot this problem. Maybe someone else could but I couldn't find it.
