Start with download and install the chipset driver.
Any file from this site needs to be unziped before you install.

If you lost your CD with comes with your first puchase of motherboard, then go to www.msi.com serach by your motherboard and download all the driver( vga, sound,bios) and make a Bootable cd or a normal cd.then install all the drivers

its available in www.via.com you can go there and download all the drivers you need.

You can download the motherboard drivers from MSI.com and ASUS.com then you wont need any CD's thereafter. You can also try download.com.
