From your video it appears that you are putting the cutter blades in up side down. The stop part on the long piece that you put in first is what drives the blades and the blades cutting edge is the outside edge and should rotate clockwise looking down from the top. You will probably find that the blade will stay put if you assembly ot correctly.
I have a La Machine that I just broke the Disc Adapter on and found out it is now discontinued, so I can't get a replacement part on. So I will sell you the blade holder if you want.

You can call Hamilton Beach Customer Service at 1-800-851-8900 from 8am to 6pm ET to order the S Blade. I called to get a price for my S Blade that broke on my 702R model food processor. They quoted me $15.99 plus tax. Now I am looking on the Internet for a cheaper price. Hope this helps.
