Run but makes a vibration noise ,leave off awhile noise goes away

Hey Steve, I appreciate your post!
From the information you have provided your Frigidaire dryer runs properly and makes a vibration noise. This could be due to leveling within the dryer and I would suggest checking to make sure the dryer is leveled. You can do that by using a leveling tool, these can be found at a local hardware store. If your dryer is leveled I would recommend having a technician out to make sure the motor or drum are operating properly. I hope this information is helpful to you. -Matt

Kenwood KW85 is noisy

Hi, have you tried moving it to somewhere else as it can be noisy depending on what type of surface its on, as this can cause it to vibrate

The fan in the dehumidifier makes an awful lot of noise.

It may not be the fan, as much as it the compressor vibrating. This occurs if the unit is not sitting on level flooring or on a carpet. Why I carpet? I do not know, but my LG unit does the same thing. I have found that smacking the sides of the cabinet simultaneously with my open hands, stops the vibration and the noise.

if however, it is the fan making the noise, it too can be affected by an UN-level surface. In addition, the fan shaft made need lubricating. WD40 works well for this or light machine oil (like sewing machine oil) will work too.

Hope this helps you & thanks for choosing FixYa.

When I use the egg whisk attachment on my 'Le Mini Plus' model Magimix it vibrates and makes an awful lot of noise and it takes much longer than it used to whisk the eggs sufficiently. Any suggestions...

the attachment is likely bent out of shape making it off balance.I would suggest a new one ,if you dont know were to get one already

Intake valve make a vibrating noise after a few minutes

From what you are explaining it sounds like the pump is taking on air, which I have seen when the water level is just a tad low & the pump creates a "vortex" at the skimmer box & air is sucked in. Double check the "flap" at the skimmer to make sure it is working properly (not stuck upright)

97 subaru legacy outback 2.5 vibration only at idle in gear

I would suspect a mount. Either motor or trans. Also check lateral mount on top of motor to firewall. Good luck and have a great day.

t could be 1 of 3 things:

1. The belt2_bing.gif that drives the beater bar.
2. An impeller that has a broken wing or 2, throwing it off balance.
3. Or, the bearings in the motor are going out.

Hope this helps,

I have a 03 Sorento, is the center bearing on the drive shaft a slip on fit or a press on fit. Pretty sure mine needs changing.

Interference fit- meaning it can be worked off with a little help of a hammer andpunch, It can also be a slip fit so try before you pry. Good Luck _Ned_

I bought a new Kenmore washer a year ago. It was installed by sears and worked great until I moved it to install new linoleum flooring. Now it vibrates like crazy on the spin cycle. I read the procedure...

if the sheet metal body was the only thing touching the dolly it would be fine. if the drum and motor sat on it, it could have popped off or broken one of the 4 suspension can check this by lifting the machine bit or popping the top off. this is the only thing i can think of based on your detailed description.
