Hi I'm Alex good day my question is this: I sold a

I'm not really familiar with that model, but most televisions now have different "modes" you can put your television into. Common modes are Picture, Movie/Cinema, PC/Computer, and there are others. I would check to see in your Video or TV setup area if there is a Custom mode that you can set your TV too, as if it is set to one of the Pre-Set modes (it sounds like it is in Cinema mode) it would need to be taken out of the pre-set mode before you can make changes to the color and picture settings.

I can't get the color right. What are the perfect setting?

Have you tried preset picture modes off TV's "picture" menu or "picture" on remote control unit. Most modern sets have "preset" modes: normal, vivid, natural, movie, sports, user, etc. Try to toggle between those modes. may be the one of those will look right for you. Make sure: "user" mode is for custo adjustments. You must choose desired settings: "picture(contrast)", "brightness", "color", "tint", "sharpness", "color temperature". May also have: DNR(dynamic noise reduction", "black level expansion", etc. I'd try presets, first and make notice of those settings. If that is, still not right to you, you may be able to tweak "user" mode the way you like it, based on info from other modes. If that won't help, you may have an issue with your TV.
good luck,

I would like to take pictures in different color modes with the Sony Cybershot W530. Am unable to locate any color setting in the menu. Is it there at all or do I need to go further into the...

The setup menu has all the modes possible for your model. Search it all and read the manual if necessary if the mode you want is not there you will have to edit the photo afterwards with such software as Photoshop or the free Picasa or Gimp.
