I put music on and when it refreshes database it freezes......now... explain the solution specifically cuz wut someone told xdiabolicx the solution is ok but idk how to format it or w /e do i need a cd ?? or something to do it cuz if i can't go on mp3player to format it and when i connect it to the comp the file doesn't show up wut should i do... plz help....
Connect your mp3 player to your PC then turn it off by holding power button until it shuts off, switch the hold switch to HOLD then press and hold the REC button on the side until the mp3 player shows a black screen and your PC shows that it found a 16mb removable media, now download the file from the below link. Run it and it should fix your problem, but note that all your files will be erased.
