purchased used without manual or instructions. How do I access the modem for resetting or configuration. What is the ip # of the modem?
I cannot find anything on the siemens website for this modem they only show the 4100 and 4200

I bought a new Motorola DSL modem from AT&T since my old slipstream DSL modem broke. I got my new modem today, but when I connected it only 4 out of the 6 lights were on. The light for "internet" just kept on blinking. How do I resolve this?
