Mine was wet, and it worked for three months, and now i get the error message.

i don't know that because of this that there is a direct correlation to the moisture and error.

My Samsung Intensity II got dropped in water, i took it out immdeitatly and that ver dione dd26.3 problem is still on the phone. I have taken the battery out and everything nothing is working.

Hi,

As you probably already know, water damage is not covered under your warranty. My little trick works 95% of the time. Take the phone apart and dry it out with a hair dryer.

If it still doesn't work, you might get the warranty honored if there is no apparent water damage.

All the best

I dropped my phone in the water

Take it to a service center. If it still has life, they'll be able to clean dry it and recover the data for you

I got a Samsung Gravity and it wont turn on.

dear,

if your phone dropped in water then the first step to be done is immigately remove the battery and then let it dried through a table lamp. you should keep it under 100 W test lamp at a distance of 5-6 feet. if it worked fine after dropping in water and again shut off then open the cover and do this method..

goodluck....

No reception on cell phone "No Network Service"

You need to check the RF. The RF is a component that pick up the signal. It is usually placed on the upper portion of the phone where there's a small exhaust so that the RF could pick up the signal better.

Once the RF gets wet, the component might become defective.

You need a phone tech to check or change the RF.

Have a great day!

Dropped phone in water

SIM is probably bad or a little wet. but wait and let everything dry out and see if it works. Mine was soaked and the next morning worked fine. at least you probably won't have to buy a new phone.

I got it wet!!

The first thing is to know if the phone dropped in salted or fresh water. If was in salted water, forget it, you let it pass so much time, but if was fresh water, try to open the phone ( get a Torx 6 or 8 screwdriver in home depot) and use pure alcohol with and old toothbrush and clean the mineral deposited on the circuits, gentle brush it and let it dry, then reasemble the phone a it will work perfect

See if it will turn on when you remove battery and plug it into your charger. If it will you could recover the numbers with the Motorola software or the Carrier could.
