I have a Dell Dimension E310 PC Desktop and I have just recently received the Blue Screen error: STOP: 0X000000F4 (0X00000003, 0X86EAF498, 0X86EAF60C, 0X805D1652). What deos this mean and how do I fix it?

see to it all the connection inside not detach the FAn of your processor...or else, the inside of your pwer supply if have a dust or something that can attach to the fan..
this could be your motherboard, but could also be your video or audio card too. try making sure those are seated properly or try replacing one or both, if you so desire.
Its mostly because of bad hardware or wrong drivers try to reinstall win dows with clean drivers if it doesnt help. then its problem with some hardware like memory or hdd. if u need drivers u can find them here
