Where can I download this. I have tried the LG website but no luck

ApprenticeTRY GOING TO YOUR CELL PHONE CARRIER WEB SITE AND LOOK FOR FOR A USER MANUAL I KNOW THAT ALLTEL HAS THE MANUALS ON THERE WEBSITE
