Try this: sign on to the home page at http://www.comcast.net
Then in the browser address bar enter mailcenter.comcast.net then click
on Go or hit Enter. If the web mail page opens this almost certainly
indicates a pop up blocker was preventing the web mail page from opening
when you clicked on the email button.
You should be able to configure the pop up blocker to allow all
comcast.net web pages.

If your outlook is set up to download emails from comcast.net then go into your outlook program, click on tools, goto accounts. click on the mail tab. Delete your account there.
If your outlook program uses a different email address other then your comcast.net email address you should go into your youtube profile and change your contact email address to the comcast.net email address.
