IOmega backup drive 80 Gb

My Iomega HDD 80 Gb does two things. It either won't back up my Pc, OR it will take more than an hour. When it worked, it was fast, 20 minutes for 18 Gb. I reinstalled the software, removed the junk from my pc and all that stuff.

Appreciate any help.

Thanks,

Len
