Question about Sony Ericsson K800i Cellular Phone
I recently attempted an upgrade via a pc on a sony ericsson K800i. Everything seemed to be going fine until it reached 92-93% when it seemed to stop making progress. After a while an update failed message came up. Upon trying again it says the software is up to date however the backlight is not lighting up upon incoming calls or key press. I have heard the "recovery mode" mention and yet have not seen anywhere that this option is available. Maybe you could shed some light on this matter and is there anything I can do to correct the problem ?
To get into recovery mode you need to hold the C button as you connect it to the usb cable - usb cable plugged to pc first.
What software are you using? SE Update tool or wotan or SEtools or cruiser?
