We just installed a Samsung AQ12ABMCF heat pump/ air conditioner. Cooler setting works fine but when switched to heat mode nothing happens (outside unit runs, but inside unit does nothing). Anyone had this problem, or is there something that we are missing? Thank you!

i am having the same problem with my unit. it was working for a few years but this season it stopped
