If you have the child lock function on then you are probably not able to change the controls. Disable the child lock if that is the case.

The cause of water not emptying could be many. Program was not complete, filter is blocked and so on.

Try to turn off the power and on again. See if it makes any difference.

Follow the user guide to clean the filter plate and the drain filter. Try to run the empty dishwasher on the current program (if you can) with a cleaning kit which you can get from super market.

Finally, clean the edges of the drawer with damp cloth including the program buttons.

Hope something will help.

Dishwasher won't empty water and stops with 1, 3 & 4 lights flashing.

It could be your drain hoses are blocked . damaged or kinked . Also the strainers may need a clean and when you take the stainless plate out you have easy access to pumps to give them a clean as well
good luck

Fisher & Paykel dishwasher top drawer is filling up with water when bottom drawer is ran.

It is the drain water from bottom drawer that is finding its way to the top drawer. This could be due to incorrect drain hose height. Check in installation manual. Alternatively you will have to buy an air gap kit and connect the two drain hoses separately to the kitchen sink.

E6 fault unable to reset all cycle lights showing

E6 is "Flood switch activated."

Turn the water off and disconnect power to the dishwasher, then empty water from the inside. Clean drain well and check the drain hose at the back. If that does not work, then the water pressure switch is at fault. Call your Fisher & Paykel dealer or Authorized Service Center.

My Fisher Paykel dishwasher is flashing F1 - top drawer only. The bottom drawer is working just fine.

F1 error means the flood switch in the drawer is activated. If there is water inside when you open the drawer then you will have to manually empty it with a small container.

Most likely the solenoid that controls inlet water is faulty or the water level sensor is faulty.

Try turning the mains power and water off and on again and run dishwasher. If fault persists then you may have replace the parts.

How can I empty some residue water from the Fisher and Paykel drawer dishwasher?

Go to diagnostic mode you can turn on the drain manually. The motor has 2 directions of operating: one for pump and the other for drain. When the LCD displays P1 it means wash, when it displays P2 it is for drain.
