Question about Modems
Ermm how do you put pictures from your phone onto the comp?
You can either upload them from your phone to pc with a data cable or upload via bluetooth. if your pc hasnt got bluetooth, you can buy a bluetooth dongle for about £7 and just plug it into a usb port and your pc will install it.

possible issue with freequent connection loss when going over 2 comp on a network are possible issues of collisions on the network meaning that sometimes more often then not, it is possible for two comp to end up recieving same ip address fr modem.
solution: first find out ip range supplied by the router in modem. then statically assign ip address to each comp
this is done by going into tcp/ip properties of either nic or wireless card and set to use following ex
NOTE: IP RANGE USUALLY LAST SET OF NUMBERS IN IP ADDRESSING TIPPICAL RANGE IS BETWEEN 10 TO 99
ip address: 192.168.2.12 (static ip address for computer)
subnetmask: 255.255.255.254 (generic subnetmask)
default gateway: 192.168.2.1 (ip address of router)
