There are a couple reasons why the blade is wobbling. Either the diamonds are glazed over because the material you are cutting is way to hard or the blade is very thin and when metal gets hot it expands and when you make a longer rip cut it will tend to wobble. I sell blades for a living and i can almost gurantee this is the reason

The reason is this...someone was careless when either storing it or bumping into the blade and bending it. I've been guilty of doing plenty of tile saw blades in but I also dick around with em and straighten it best i can by hand. Then i grab me a cinder block and run it thru the blade a few times to sharpen it up again. There...two I wonders in one answer. You're welcome.

I have a Craftman DLT3000. The righthand blade is out of level. Deck is level and left blade cuts flat to the plane but right blade is canted.

You will need to find a way to level the spindle if the shafts isn't bent, remove belt and release spindle brake then spin blade and check for wobble. If you have shafts wobble replace spindle. If no wobble find a block of wood that fits snugly between good blade and concrete floor or drive. Check all blades for height from floor if center is the only one that has a different height then you will need to loosen spindle ,place some type of metal shim under low side , re-tighten and re-check. If other blades show difference on one side , you may have a bent blade or spindle or spindle mounting on them. The deck is sheet metal and can be bent when a foreign object is struck. There are also deck levelers on the supports. If the front of mower is up or down it will cause a high or low center blade path of cutting. All blades should be as close to the same height from a level surface as possible. This is time consuming but the only way other than new deck and/or spindles and blades.

The blade is wobbling on my Fleetwood meat slicer EF12 Slices look like waves.

check that the problem is not from the way the blade is mounted on the shaft
any thing between the blade and the backing hub of the shaft will make the blade wobble so check for burrs , bad fitting parts or the like at the blade center
new bearings , shaft and hub are new but is the hub on the shaft straight

Uneven Cutting with my Zero Turn 50"...Possible Causes?

First is being sure all your tires have proper air pressure and you don't have a bent blade. Then while parked on flat concrete and both outside blades at 3 and 9 o'clock measure blade height far left side of deck and far right side and compare. I there is a difference the entire deck is out of level and should be adjusted. Then remove the blade drive belt from one of the pulleys so everything is slacked. Grab each blade and see if it wobbles or has excessive play and check the spindle housings for cracks or breaks. If you find a housing with wobble or play the bearings in that spindle are shot ( this is a lot harder to detect with the belt tension on the pulleys) and should be replaced. If you find a broke or cracked housing the housing will need to be replaced. Either one of these situations may not be obvious with the mower at rest but the blade will wobble at speed causing uneven cuts.

My blade appears to cut or move straight. But when I cut a piece of wood on it it wobbles. You can't wobble the blade with your hand. It appears to be in there tight. What could be the problem?

You likely need to replace the blade i have hitachi 10 inch chop saw with the lazer i love it the best one i have ever had vary well build But any saw is olny as good as its blade if ti were a lesser mechine i would say it could be the baerings but i see how hitachi makes tools so i would say its the blade got over heated at one time now when it gets hot it looses its integreity buy good blades as a rule

Saw is not cutting true / will not cut a straight line ?

Check blade is on properly. Remove blade and clean area where mounts to shaft. Make sure proper washers are in place. If blade is bent or wobbles replace. If blade is dull replace. Be sure you're getting enough water to saw. Don't force the tile through, let the saw do the work. Nothing helps any kind of saw more than a nice new blade.

Not cutting in straight line

Normally blade overheating. Improper blade or too few teeth for material, teeth not sharp and/or offset enough for proper width of cut. Teeth must cut wider than blade. Inexpensive blades tend to do this quickly. Other possibility: Bad bearing, check for play with saw unplugged. Blade should have little wobble. Other possibility: Saw body cracked/damaged(allowing shaft to skew) or very cheap saw unable to handle material

Wobble blade /rough cuts

You may wanna check the Conveyor Cart Wheel. Replacing this wheel maintains smooth rolling action which contributes to straight, chip-free cuts.

It costs for only about $28.72. Here, you may check this link if you wish to buy the Conveyor Cart Wheels:

http://www.diamond-blades.net/target_tile_saw_access.html

Unfortunately, I couldn't find any service center where you can bring your Target Tile saw for repair. But you may check the manufacturer's contact number on the user's manual.

Have a great day!

Table saw blade wabbles alot when cutting?

This could be caused by several problems. First unplug the saw. Put a known straight edge against the blade (making sure not to contact the teeth) turn the blade slowly and watch for runout. Second make sure the spacers and blade flanges are on correctly. I would just about think it would be the blade. If you provide the model and brand I can do some more research. Good Luck
