It seem you have damaged part of screen where you hit the scale.
Do one thing try to disassemble screen and the re assemble screen and then check. It seem you have physically damaged your screen.
Better to use glass on your screen.

This can be a failure of the LCD screen and so it is needed to counter check before it is confirmed.Sometimes a fault in the strip can also cause this fault or even faulty components in the display driver section.Take consensus and estimate.
if you dropped it it may have knocked out the screen if u didnt it may have water damage or the tempurature around it may not be right and heat may have messed it up.
well wen you dropped it did the ink move luiek the colours where were wrong for example the white was pink etc.. if this has happened ,and it is common in touch screen phones, the phone is no longer good you can still keep it if you want but the problems will get worse n worse until its just gone
i know the water sticker is still white because you didnt get the actual sticker wet... in order to get the sticker to turn red... the sticker has to be wet...!
My problem is closed. Thankfully, my phone still was on warranty so it was replaced. People at the warranty place suggested that the problem might occured because I work in the data center.
put it in a cloth bag, place in an oven and cook for 1 hour at 300 degrees take out and put to ear and listen. you will hear yourself shout ******* thats burnt my ear, then take a hammer and smash the ******* thing to bits. you may not have a phone any more but at least you get your revenge on the ******* thing that burnt your ear
