I need the unlock code to my Motorola ic402 so I can use it on my trip to Dublin, Ireland. Do you think you could help me with this??

- it's iDEN/CDMA..........the iDEN portion covers the direct connect which is irrelevant to me in Ireland...........the CDMA covers the cellular, do you know anything about that??
Thanks for your help...........finally a straight answer! So many people have said yes it can be done and then send me off to somewhere else! I will purchase another phone to travel with.
if the ic402 is IDEN it won;t work in ireland because it is NOT TRUE GSM like they use in europe - it is nextel / boost only

- Yes, the CDMA is not GSM which is the standard in Europe. Ireland does not support cdma - all you need is a $30euro dualband phone.
When you get to Ireland - at the airport - go to the 3 or Vodafone counter and buy a prepaid kit for 40 or 50euro includes phone with sim and airtime.
