If the phone locked to a particular network then you need to unlock the network lock. You can get the unlock code through online. enter ur mobile phone number like this:

+61 4xx xxx xxx

here the letter x denotes the last eight digits of ur mobile phone number
ur moile phone number as mentioned is 0478 xxx xxx
so u hav to enter ur mobile number like this:
+61 478 xxx xxx
(all u are doing is replacing the first digit of ur phone number(0) with +61)

You will either need a USB cable( to move more than about 5 songs at a time) or you can just email the songs to your phone WITH OUGHT data charges. I usually use email to send ringtones/songs to my internet-less phone, because I don't want to buy a cord. The way you would do this is by sending it to your text message inbox. Actually, when you buy your phone, the provider gives you an email adress to go along with it. So to send a message to your phone:
1.Open up your email
2.Where it says "To", type one of these numbers:

3.Attach files just as you would a picture.
4.send, and you should recieve as a text message.

Adding Subscriber Mailboxes:

1 – Feature 983
2 – Log: = 1020000 (3-digit DNs) or 120000 (2-digit DNs)
3 – Press MBOX
4 – Press ADD
5 – Mbox: enter mailbox number to be added
6 – Type:subscriber Press OK
7 – Ext: Dial station number (the mailbox and extension do not have to be the same, but for simplicity keep the same)
8 – Service class: Typical class is 1
9 – Name: Enter name (last name, first name) per letters on keypad. Dial as in texting for each letter. Press # to enter a comma between last name and first name.
10 – Directory?: YES or NO (for dial by name for company directory)
11 – Msg waiting: YES or NO (to enable “Message for you” display on phone press Yes)

After this set, you can pass by all the other information, since this is a basic setup for a mailbox.

Now that you created the mailbox, you still have to go into the programming to enable forwarding to voicemail.

In order to send a text message on the iPhone, you must have the entire 10-digit phone number in your phonebook. For example. If you are trying to send a text message to the phone number 555-1234, you must also enter the area code. If the area code it 412, you must put in 4125551234 for the phone number.

1. Turn on your phone using the red power/end button. While in the programming mode the [OK] key is used to save, the left soft key to [Exit] without saving and the right soft key [Back] to return to the previous step.
2. Enter ##626* (##NAM*) for NAM Programming
3. You will be prompted to ENTER SUBSIDY CODE
4. Enter 333333 (3 six times)
5. Press the [OK] button to select the MIN (Mobile Identification Number)
6. Enter your new 10 digit Cricket MIN and press [OK]
7. Press Navigation (arrow) down once to access the MDN (Mobile Directory Number/10 Digit Phone Number) and press [OK]
8. Enter your new 10 digit Cricket MDN and press [OK]
9. Press Navigation (arrow) down once to access the IMSI (do not change from IMSI_11_12=00)
10. Press the Navigation (arrow) down key twice to access the CDMA System ID and press [OK]
11. Enter the 1 to 5 digit CDMA System ID and press [OK]
12. Press the red power/end button to exit.
13. (mdn is your phone number min and cdma sytem id will be given by customer serv rep
    

Resetting your Wireless Sync password

1. Navigate to the showLink("Wireless Sync", "_blank") Wireless Sync website.
2. Click Forgot Password.
   
3. Enter your 10-digit mobile number into the Mobile Number field then click Send.
   A temporary password will be sent to your device via a free text message.
   
4. Enter the temporary password exactly as it appears in the Temporary Password field, enter your new password and confirm by re-entering then click Next.
   
5. Enter your 10-digit mobile number, the new password then click Login.
   If you are logging in from your wireless device, launch the Wireless Sync client and simply enter the new password when prompted.

Resetting your Voice Mail password
To reset your Voice Mail password online:
This method requires that you log into My Account. If you have not established a profile, you can " showLink("Register for My Account", "_blank") Register for My Account" now.

1. Login to showLink("My Account", "_blank") My Account.
2. Select the desired mobile phone number then click Display.
   
3. Click My Phone.
   
4. Click Reset Voice Mail Password.
   
5. Select the mobile phone number then select the password preferences.
6. Enter the password, re-enter the password then click UPDATE.
   

To reset the Voice Mail password from the wireless handset:

1. Press *611 then press SEND (airtime is free).
2. When prompted press 2 then press 1 to reset the password.
3. Enter your 5-digit billing zip code then follow the prompts for security verification.
4. Press 2 to reset the password.

OR

1. Call (800) 922-0204 (toll free) from any phone to reach the easy-to-use automated customer service menu.
2. When prompted press 2 then press 1 to reset the password.
3. Enter your 5-digit billing zip code then follow the prompts for security verification.
4. Press 2 to reset the password.

Prepay customers:

1. Press *611.
2. Press SEND (airtime free) to reach one of our service centers.

see if the message is in the drafts folder or the sent items if so delete phone will stop sending
