Jitter alert In intelligent mode the jitter alert comes on ,i thought this was prevented when in this mode or do i ignore it

how long has it been installed? I would take it down and check the motor and gear drives to be sure that no insects have built a nest and that there is no problem with lubricant that has hardened or dust and debris on the mechanical parts.

is it a PTZ camera or Fix? how many cameras? You need to look at the type of capacity (MBPS) & (PPS) , minimum latency and Jitter your camera manufacturre is recommending. Not all wireless devices offer low latency, Low Jitter, High MBPS and PPS needed for higher end cameras.

Sounds like bad convergence ICs. They are complicated to replace but a good tech should be able to do it for about $100. Let me know how this works out.

I had a similar problem on my laptop

I plugged the tablet directly into the laptop rather than the USB hub I'd been using until then, The issue disappeared.

Possibly it's a power issue, and going direct cured it?

Good Day, sdkhanmd; Replace C2P05 100 UFD 16 VOLT off pin 3 IC2P01 and IC2P01 part #270P466020 (9 volt regulator). Both are on the signal PCB. Also, check other caps in area for leakage. Hope this was helpful, this common for this model. Good Luck, big IRISH.

REPLACE R2K3 WITH A 47 OHM RESISTOR (IC201 PIN 50). C. ADD A 100PF CAPACITOR FROM BASE OF Q2B2 TO JUNCTION OF R2L0 AND R2K6 (GROUND).

The random audio/video breakup sounds like a tape path alignment issue. Best done by a repair shop.
