Question about Mitsubishi WS-55313 55" Rear Projection HDTV-Ready Television
Yes, I should have mentioned that I switched up the wires to make sure
it wasn't a short in the controls. It disrupts the picture on the
green, no matter what control that CRT is hooked into. So what do you
do about a shorted out CRT?
I don't see anything loose or any visible problems with soldering etc.. whatsoever...Can you buy and replace these things very easily?
You can purchae the tubes from between 200 and 300 dollars. To remove and set them up you will need the service manual for the safe and proper proceedure . Especially discharging the crt and realigning the new tube Green has to have perfect aim as the other tubes converge onto the green. Let me know if I can help you further.
