Not heating

Our Fetco CBS-51H does not heat water. All lights come on, will run brew cycle wit no problem, just cold water.
I suspect a heating element malfunction but how can I verify this?

yes just remove the cover lot of time it just thr femelle therminal that overheated cut the old therminal clean contact put a new therminal cheers
