Question about Computers & Internet
Now that I have been burning on the -R DVD blanks, it will not recognize blank R+ DVDs??
What speed DVD's are you trying to burn to? This model is a 8X write and some DVD +R's are 16X

Whichever program your using to read-write.
Open it up as if you were going to create a cd or dvd.
There should be a tab, to find your drive properties.
check to see which formats of disk the drive can read or write.
Alternatively get a Pioneer D112.
They,ll read just about anything you put in them.
