Remote control programming

Can anyone assist in instructions to programe a sky+ remote control to work the TV. I do have the TV code but do not know how to programe the remote. thanks in advance

select (interactive) go to option 5 (sky customer services) go to option 5 (remote set up ) then follow the on screen instructions
