the fuse is #39 They make this easy for you to find. You put in your model and year and then you can search the manual for what you need. i.e. 'fuse' BUT I suspect (just a guess) it is not a fuse because the fuse is a 20 amp fuse and also supports the fuel injection system. There are other fuses that support the fuel injection system too (?!?) but if none of your brake lights are working including the third high brake light then pull this one and see if it is blown.
Here is the link for the full manual: http://www.toyota.com/owners/web/pages/resources/owners-manuals#Owners-Manuals
Lastly, I think you should submit the idea to Toyota: Break light! Great idea!
the service light can mean a bunch of things, take the car to a FREE obd reading,, call around your town to see who does code readings for free, many places do,, once you get the codes, come back h ere and post them, there are many of u who will help you see what they are and solutions to correct any problems,,
hope this will work..

Are you sure your vehicle is a 4 wheel drive version? Double check your model information to make sure. If it is, technically, it is all wheel drive - meaning the other wheels engage automatically when the vehicle detects that they are needed. I have an 05 Highlander AWD, too. Good choice. I love mine! Good luck.
overdrive is an over dirve gear for your truck. there should be a button on the shifter to engage or disangage the overdrive. For the most part the overdrive should be "on". It gives you the best fuel mileage and lets the engine turn at a slower speed on the freeway. You can use the overdrive "off" position to slow the truck on a long downhill.
You have to pull the radio out of the dash, the antenna socket is on the back of the radio. You cannot see or get to the back of the radio whilst it is still bolted to the instrument panel.
Usually that's the light that indicated that the e-brake is engaged, check the e-brake if it is not engaged the it's a faulty sensor in the e-brake tripping the light.
