If that does not work, try checking the pump or one of the hoses for a blockage.

Take out your exit hose from behind the machine, try to drain at floor level. Be prepared for a lot of water.
Check your exit hose spigot, it may be clogged. Check user's manual. This is if your filter is all clean. There should be air for passage in the standpipe behind. Your hose should not fit airtight into the standpipe and neither too deep into it. Snaking out your standpipe would be good too.

How do I fix my washing machine? It doesn't appear to feed enough water into the machine. The machine runs through a full cycle but appears low on water even in the middle of a full wash cycle.

I can try to explain the difference between today and the old washing machine. My question would be, are you satisfied with the washing result? If so, then everything is fine.
There are four factors that affect the washing and they make one single round (duration, temperature, mechanical action, chemical action). Old washing machines are spending more water, more detergents, more electricity power, and consequently more spoiled environment and duration of washing was app. from 1 to 1.5 hours. Today washers use less water, less detergent, less energy power, less polluting but because longer duration of washing cycle app. from 2 to 3 hours, wash result was the same as in the old machine.
I think that today confuses people how is possible that washing machine wash three hours (longer than before) and consumes less energy? Believe me this is true, and every service tehnician will explain it.
Because old habits many customers put the same amount of detergent (do not read the manufacturer's instructions) and therefore have problems with the skin. That is why an increasing number of washing machine has the option of additional rinsing cycles.

The machine wont empty water gives a code of 03 I have cleaned the drain filter and check the drain hose still wont drain water unit is 1 1/2 years old

03 is drain error, as you know. The machine is sensing that the water isnt draining enough in 5 minutes...Unless there is an electronic problem the main reasons for the error code is because the drain hose is blocked, or the pump has something preventing it from turning, like a coin jammed in the impeller, or the pump motor itself needs to be replaced....These pump motors tend to get detritis in behind the impeller shaft seal and this often causes the pump to fail.....Good luck....Nomess

Wont drain

You may either have a problem with debris in the pump or the speed control board, try accessing the pump usually a panel on front bottom...on front of pump which is normally located in front of machine there should be a knob wich can be turned and give you access to the debris collector, make sure the filter/collector is it into the pump and try another load.

2 things to bare in mind

1 unplug the machine before servicing

2 make sure you have alot of old towels handy since water from the drum is going to run out over your floor.

Washer won't spin fast, only slow

tyr removing the lower acees panel from the uint , ther is a "button trap" located there to catch debris from entering pump assy, chances are its clogged and if it cant drain all the water it wont go into high speed spin, also you MUST use an HE detergent. HE detergent specifically designed for front loading washers

Spins very slow on rinse/drain and spin

Your filter &/or pump could be blocked. Remove bottom panel three screws, unscrew filter cap (have lots of towels cause it will drain), remove filter & clean out. Refit. If you have manual refer to it. Pl rate me if helped.
