Sir i have two problems wid my k750i sir 1. i ,m not able to download files more than 1.5 mb via gprs even my service provider offered me to download unlimited . 2.another problem is that when i connect my phone to my pc ,my pc doesn,t show memorystick in removable devices . i had done master reset for both of the problems n even formatted my memory stick but its not working plz solve my problem n u can email me the solution on my email id [email protected]
For your first problem, alot of times your cell phone carrier will offer 2mb downloads and that sort of thing. Alot of times there's to problems when it comes to this: 1. Your phone is only programmed to download a certain amount of data, at a certain rate. 2. When you are downloading data, no matter where it comes from, it can only download or send you the information as fast as bandwith can send it. No, as far as the memory stick, the microSD, if it's not being recognized, try a different memory stick. Ususally, it should see it and assign it's only letter in the my computer section on your computer.
The other question I will ask, is did you recieve a software CD with the data cable? IF not you need to download this from your carrier's website. I had the same problem with my razr. I would plug it in, and the computer would see it either. So, I unplugged the phone installed the software, and after a few minutes of installing the software, drivers, it found it and no it sees it with no problem
