The correct number is MC306Vome-107FP mitsubishi part # 275P363030. I am not positive that you can get that IC it is considerd obselete you normally have to replace the signal board. However I doubt that is your problem. Have you checked the chassis for corrosion due to coolant leaks?and or bad capacitors? That chassis is prone to crt coolant leaks causing PB corrosion and solder deterioration. The signal board is pricey, If you can locate one.

Sylvania 32 inch LC320ssx

It seems that the set itself changes inputs. Place it remote control away from the vicinity of the tV. and check. If it does the same, do a hard reset next. To make it a hard reset, unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and replug it back after 10 minutes or so. If these do not help you, be sure that the main system control memory IC to it is faulty and should be replaced.

Sylvania TV lc320ssx keeps switching input modes and won't and cannot stop it. Won't respond to remote or on set controls

Its main system control memory IC is faulty. Replace it. It can be located very near to the main system control IC. Will look like this.5328cc98-0a90-4a81-8aa5-f9c8c2b31484.jpgVery cheap to buy, easly available.

Toshiba Satellite A105 hangs when charger is plugged

Toshiba Satellite laptops come with a unique power management software program that regulates the power consumption of your laptop. While this program is often helpful in extending laptop battery time, the program is also known to cause some operational difficulties when software conflicts occur. At some point you may want to change your power options, or remove the program.

Click "Start" and then "Control Panel." Locate the "Toshiba Power Manager" program among the Control Panel icons. Note that this differs from the familiar Windows "Power Options" icon. Open the Power Manager application. If you want to merely modify the current settings, the Power Manager gives you many options to choose from. For maximum battery life, consider setting the Power Manager to put the laptop into various states of "sleep" after so many minutes of inactivity. Select the menu items offered to achieve power savings for the monitor or hard drive, or both. Click "Save Settings" and exit the program. Remove the Power Manager if your laptop is prone to "freezing" or seems to have difficulty "waking up" from a Sleep or Hibernation mode. Go to "Start" and "Control Panel" and choose "Add Remove Programs." Navigate to the "Toshiba Power Saver" listing. Click "Remove." When Windows is done scrubbing the program from the system, click "OK" and exit Control Panel. Reboot. The Windows on-board power management program will now take precedence over this function.

I have a 46 in apex television, that i purchased in November 2010, in my living room. I have to press the power button several times before it powers on. If finally comes on after the 5th try

There are two reasons for this fault. The first one is ON/OFF switch itself. The second one is with its system memory IC. If the power ON/OFF switch ahs some contact trouble inside, after some times of try it will get contacted proper and the set will switch ON. If the memory IC inside the circuit is faulty, it won't retain the last position memory, and will show this kind of trouble. Anyway to rectify both faults, you have to open your TV; and pull out the resepective cirucit board out. If this set is still in guarantee period, it will be best for you to get it repaired by the authorised service center. If not replace these in sequence. First the switch, and seconly the IC. This IC can be located very near to the main system control IC; an 8 solder terminal one. Will be very small to see, but its function in circut is great. It will have a number printed on it and should be noted when replce it. Insist on same number; susbstitutions won't go. OK.

I have a sony KV-30HS420 CRT HD television whose menu keeps flashing on and off. I'm not sitting on a remote anywhere, and I've disabled all the signals in the house that I think might be...

Get the set to reset fist and see whether it helps you. To reset it do the folloing:
1 Press POWER to turn on the TV
2 Hold down RESET on the remote control.

3 Press TV POWER on the TV. (The TV will turn itself off, then back
4 Release RESET.
If this process does not solve the proble of your TV, its memory IC has damaged. Memory IC is one which holds the data we enter to the TV set, and the processed is stored. It is a nn volatile memory [the memory stored in it won't get lost even power is switeced OFF]; which holds all the data in. The data stored in it will retrive to main system processing IC each time we switch ON the TV set. This is an eight terminal IC, very samll one indeed, can be located very near to the main system control IC, at system control section. It can be repalced. This IC can be bought from most of the electronic spare part shops at your town. It is very cheap to buy. Even though it is very small and cheap one, its function in TV circuit is great. Almost all the functions data is stored in it each time we operate the system. It will have a specific number printed on it, and should be noted when buy a new one. Insist on that number, substitutions or an other number won't even switch ON your TV. OK.

The dvd player works, but no tv stations. Tried to go to the tuner and auto program to add channels, but will only delete the channels. I can't figure out why the TV picture won't work. Any ideas?

There is a memory IC, a very small one having 8 solder leggs, that stores the channel conditions and all other details of picutre, such color, contrsat, brightness, sharpness etc;. Eventhough it small in size, the function with it when the TV works is great. If this IC ahs got damaged, no memory function will be there. From this memory IC, all data are retrived to the main system IC when we switch ON the set after a switch OFF.
When we switch OFF the set, all data at that time, will passed to this memory IC and will be store there. This is a non-volatile type IC [that is even the power to it is switeched OFF, the data stored in it won't lost. And when power comes, the data stored will be retained from it and passes to the main system control IC to process. I think that I've made an idea to you, about how this IC works and how its damage result in working of the TV.
This IC can be located very near to the system control IC, direltly soldered to the circuit board. You have to replace it with same type and number. Insist on same type and number [the number will be printed on it], as this is a very critical component. Won't cost more thatn $4. It can be purchased from most of the electronic spare part shops at your town.
I think that I've made the problem to your Tv somewhat clear to you.
Don't hesitate to rate this solution. Best of luck.

JVC AV-36D502: Input #3 doesn't work

Good day sir, its a different issue, about the capacitor, for as long as your replacement part is correct, it will work, now, there are several things you should check, the I/O device that controls the inputs of the TV, usually an IC, check your schematic diagram to trace the fault. check also the line from the input 3 to the controller IC on your diagram. Measure the voltage across the IC Vcc to ground if the IC is getting the right power, Low voltage can be cause by faulty capacitors, on the power supply line, or the IC itself is faulty, Circuit analysis and voltage measurements are needed to trace the faulty part. hope this helps thanks.
