Did you install the software with the camera connected to
the computer? Disconnect the camera from the USB port and reinstall the
software. When the program asks you to connect the camera, do so, and it
should work. Hope this is of some help.Bud

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones). click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Good luck!

I faced the same situation when my Youtube app is not updated.
I uninstalled it and then re-installed. Now it's working fine.
I think you should also try the same if you are facing the problem in Youtube app.
Check your build-in webcam in the Control Panel. If your webcam's drivers is installed properly, then install the apps (I use manycam apps and it is a free apps; You can download it from www.manycam.com)
Have you flashed generic firmware you found on the internet thinking you was upgradding it? If so it may not contain all the drivers needed for your device. Is there a 'webcam app' on there?? You may need to install an app from the samsung app store to get it working. Or try installing Skype FROM THE SAMSUNG APP STORE it may well detect your device and install any dependant drivers at the same time. I've also seen in tablets 'security settings' an option to allow/dis-allow applications access to the webcam. That might just need a tick in the check box
You stated " was working fine" , It was working fine in windows 7? windows 8? In Device Manager you can do a scan for hardware changes. Does the webcam show? if no, it might show unknown device if you will have to find the drivers for the webcam at the HP drivers and support. You can try a RE-Boot the software will try to locate a driver, if it cannot it wiil ID it as a unknown device, you will have to find the driver, this is common with a new OS or a upgrade on a machine.
Some webcams come with software, and some don't. Sometimes, the ones that don't require software say "driverless" on them, to reassure you that the CD isn't missing. Effectively, it means that the drivers built in to windows work just fine.
Anyhow, if your webcam came with software, install it. That's the first step. Just in case, leave the CD in the drive.
Now plug the webcam into a USB slot. Windows should detect it, and start installing it. If it asks where to look for software, choose the CD.
When the installation is finished, it may not be obvious that it's working. Go to your control panel, and look under Cameras and scanners. It should be listed there. If it is, congratulations! It's working, now try an app that uses it such as Skype. If it's not listed, then it's not working, post back for more help, and include the part number of the webcam.

you have to find out how much RAM you have on your computer, you have too little as this can happen. You can also to try to clean up your computer with something called CCleaner app http://www.hjelperdeg.no/index.php/nedlastninger?func=fileinfo&id=64
Linux, unfortunately, isn't officially supported by Tokbox in full (some customers have issues, some don't).
If you're on the most recent version of Flash (Flash 10+), downgrading to an older version of Flash (9.0.124) or above *might* help.
