Has anybody had problems loading this game?

I can play FIFA 08 / Tiger Woods 08 no problem but when I try and load Assasins Creed nothing.

Is there something else I should be doing?

Clean the disk, make sure there is no scratches than contact the seller of the item if you're sure it's perfectly fine-looking and tell them your story, they should trade it in depending on where you got it.
