I am having the same problem! It takes perfect pictures, but its impossible to load them on your computer. It keeps saying that it can read the hardware, or the camera keeps shutting off when i plug it into the computer. PLEASE HELP!!!!

i agree, i cant find instructions anywhere! its impossible to upload a video! geez! help! deadline here!
