Hi.. I have a Hampton Bay ceiling fan/light combo that is about 8 months old, that mysteriously quit working about 2 weeks ago. I had an electrician out to take a peek, and he tells me the motor to the fan has a short. This was a pretty expensive fan, can it be returned or can it be fixed? Help, what do I do with it?? I bought 5 Hampton Bay fans at the same time, I love them, but would love this one even more if it worked.
