Question about Hitachi UltraVision CineForm 55VG825 55" HDTV
Our 65" Hitachi Ultra Vision Projection set (4yrs. old) has a blue wave in the upper left hand corner. The picture also changes from color to blk & wht & back again. The tech recommends a replacement of the conversion generator & possibly 2 resistors in the blue circuit, after trying to adjust the grides for an hour.( $700+ is the quote). Yikes- to repair or to replace after only 4yrs, are parts that expensive or that marked-up?
Please call email a quote on a Panasonic TV projection with a blue film at the bottom. It duplicate the bottom image. Conversion
I don't want an expensive repair. What is the quote?
