Question about Fuji FinePix S5000 Digital Camera
In shooting mode, press the "F" button. If not on the quality setting, go left or right to quality. Use the up/down navigation dial to select your desired resolution setting. Press "menu/OK" and you should be good to go.

Please refer to page 30-31 of your camera's manual here. I would type it out here but it's just so much much nicer in the manual and even comes with pics showing what needs to be done.

Tips for a great answer:
maybe when you changed the video format the resolution of the screen was changed or
the new format needs another resolution.
try to change the resolution of the screen

Open Screen Resolution by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, and then, under Appearance and Personalization, clicking Adjust screen resolution.
Click the drop-down list next to Resolution, move the slider to the resolution you want, and then click Apply.
Click Keep to use the new resolution, or click Revert to go back to the previous resolution.
