Hi. Before starting, make sure the keyboard and mouse are ON and with batteries. Whit the PC already ON: * The first step is to plug in the USB Bluetooth adaptor. * Once the Bluetooth adaptor is inserted, allow Windows to install the drivers. * Once Windows gives it the OK, the USB dongle should have a light or even a button. (If you don’t see a button the "yellow" light is the button). * Press the USB dongle button....this will tell the dongle to start looking for a Keyboard or mouse. * On the underside of the mouse (and keyboard) should be a a small button. * Press the button(s) for ~5 seconds, then release.. this tells teh keyboard (or mouse) to look for a dongle. This should show a connection between the dongle and the keyboard (or mouse). Or With the PC Off: * Just connect the dongle * Do the button sequence as described above, unit the dongle light goes “solid” again. * Start the PC and keyboard and mouse should work perfectly. Cheers, Ed

when system starts up, antivirus software like Norton do the startup scan for virus detection and this process utilizes more memory and high processing of CPU .It makes the mouse & keyboard stucking at that moments. we have the same problem in our server also.
