Question about Sunbeam Tea Drop Tea Maker HTM5B
I just bought a "distressed" Tea Drop, cheap because no box or manual. Works good, but I have some questions the manual would likely answer. Went to Sunbeam's website, and teamakers are NOT LISTED among the types of manuals. Wrote to their support, only got automated response. "We love you for buying our product, please keep waiting..." You know the kind!
What are the basic instructions? How much tea?
It's December, so you may not still be looking, but you put in 1 tea bag in each side for 1/2 pot of tea, or 2 tea bags in each side for a full pot. If you are using loose tea (tastes better - I just buy Lipton), then you put in 1 Tablespoon in each side for a 1/2 pot and 2 Tablespoons in each side for a full pot. Hope this helps!
