My Hp Photosmart 335 printers cartridge is jammed, how do I release it it's inside the machine and can't get at it.

Lift the Flat Bed Scanner up so that you can find the Cartridges Inside.
Remove the Cartridges from the Printer.
Move the Cartridge Carrier Back and Forth as fast as you can!
Replace the Cartridges back to the Printer!

It means that the electronics inside the HP cartridge is messed-up.
Buy a new HP cartridge, and install it.

Normal 0 Could have a corrupt driver.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and when the CD software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

unplug the device and try to move the carriage with your hand ,but do not force to move it .if it does not moves just again plug in the wire and on the printer.and the carriage will move when the carriage comes out.just check out the cartridges that r they properly installed.

It sounds like need some technical maintenance and at that point you have two options.. take it to a service center, or buy another printer (or if whithin warranty talk to HP about your problem, your attempts to fix it and possibly get it replaced). sounds like a component inside your printer may be either not working properly or there's something inside keeping the rolling componentes from keeping the page straight as it goes through your printer.
It does not sound like a driver problem...

Talked to HP tech support today- the "Tech" said these errors are "internal hardware issues". Since HP has "no service locations for printers"- The only solution is.... TO BUY A NEW PRINTER! (of course $$$) Why did we not think of that!

Open the cover up where the cartrige are , the carriage will get to the center, then take the cartridge out close the cover.

Turn the printer off then on , put the cartridge back. try it

It is programmed to malfunction just like the dell computers, your best bet is to buy another competitors product and never buy the HP brands again!!!
