Question about Samsung Napster YH-920 MP3 Player
I need to replace the battery in my Samsung YH-920 MP3 player. After reading the posts by folks who have found battery suppliers online, I notice that the specs are a little different than the original battery specs. My player calls for a 3.7V, 900mAh, rechargeable Li ion battery. All the compatible replacement batterys I have found are only 750mAh. One seller says the difference is in the amount of play time between charges. The higher the number, the longer the play time. If so, does that mean that my play time is reduced in a 750mAh battery? Would it hurt the player to put a battery in that is GREATER than 900mAh? Thanks for your help.
Yes, your playtime will be reduced using the 750mAh. It won't hurt to get a larger mAh rating as long as the voltage is the same. Of couse it needs to fit.
