Question about Toshiba 57H82 57" Rear Projection Television
I replaced the STKs due to a convergence issue but got too close to one of the surface mount resistors and burnt it off. It was R7891 and I was wondering if anyone knew the resistance value and also can I replace it with a regular 1/4 watt resistor.
Please advice with any suggestions because my wife is ready to kill me.
Thanks in advance,
I ended up replacing both the STK-392-110's. I had no issues with resistors near the ICs. I checked all fuses that were accessible. The set now works perfect!! Thanx Terryfic for the info. I will put the part numbers in my service manual.... Bob

When I get to work in a few hours, I will get the value for you.
Yes,you can use a regular 1/4 watt resistor and you might be
able to measure the value of it's twin in the other IC circuit....T.
