Presumably it is still under guarantee/warantee? You should contact the washer's service department before doing anything else as 'DL' does stand for Door Lock (error).
There is likely to be a problem with either the door solenoid/lock or the 'door closed' sensor needing an engineer's attention ;-0(
If this has assisted and/or clarified the situation for you please consider a 4 thumbs up on our rating.
Thanks and good luck!

"dl" indicates a door lock error. A Door Lock Error occurs if the door cannot be unlocked. It will try to lock it 6 times before displaying the error. Check for the following when dl occurs: Door Lock Mechanism broken.
Check Door Lock/Switch Assembly for foreign objects
Check Wire Harness connections to the Door Lock/Switch Assembly and Central Control Unit (CCU)
that is the code for door lock. ensure its not stuck or something in rubber boot stopping door from closing all the way and try to reset it.
