Hold the play/pause button to reset it or you might have to hold the center button and menu button to restart it

My first gen touch wont turn on, it wont sync to my pc, and i cant get any kind of response out of it, ive tryed plugging it in, but the screen stays blank, and the computer doesnt recognise that it is...

Your iPod seems to be pretty dated - like 4 years old. A usual iPod only lasts for about 1 - 2 years - so bravo for making it last 4!
What seems to be the case is that your iPod probably has a dead battery so you can choose to do either of the following:
  1. Go to the Apple Store and ask for a repair on the iPod.
  2. Go to the Apple Store with your old iPod and purchase a new one. Mention to them that you are willing to give up your old one, and you will get 10% off of the price.

My ipod wont turn on

Step 1: Try plugging your iPod into your computer for a few minutes. If it begins to charge, let it charge fully.
Step 2: Use your iPod as you normally would. If it needs to recharge very soon, it is a sign that your iPod's battery is dying.
Step 3: You have three choices:
  1. If it is less than a year since you have bought it, go to the Apple Store and they will replace it for free on the spot as part of their 1 year warranty
  2. If it is older, pay them a fee to fix it OR
  3. Bring your iPod with you, and buy a new one for 10% off.

Ipod won't turn on!

Step 1: Try charging your iPod via USB to your computer. Wait for a few minutes and see if it is accepting a charge. (You might have forgotten to charge it)
Step 2: After a full charge, try using your iPod. If your iPod dies in less than 2 hours or so, your battery is weakening or is dying out. If this is the issue skip to Step 4
Step 3: If you cannot turn your iPod on even after those steps, then your iPod really is dead. Proceed to Step 4.
Step 4: You can do one of either three options from this point:
  1. If you bought your iPod less than a year ago, the Apple Store might replace your iPod for free on the spot as part of their warranty. OR
  2. Go to the Apple Store and ask for them to repair your iPod for a fee.
  3. Go to the Apple Store with your old iPod, and turn it in when you buy a new one - you will receive a 10% off for a new iPod.

Truck turning off

Im really sorry to tell you this, but it is an ongoing ploblem with this truck. You will never be able to fix this ploblem. The only thing that is wrong with it is a four letter word that starts with the letter F and ends with D (HEHE).Your second ploblem with it shutting off while your driving is stange.Could be anything.Clogged fuel filter, bad gas, fuel pump, plugs and wires, cap and rotor, coil, clogged air filter (you can take it out and see how it runs witout it to see if thats the problem),or it could be the dreaded electical system or even the timing.Good luck. :-P
