Panasonic KX-TG6700

I unplugged the base of the telephone and unplugged again, and now it wont work.
The only lights on are SP-PHONE and ASWER ON (red light)
but nothing on the screen.
The handsets do not connect to the base (I also have a KX-TGA670 second handset).
Please help!

Hi,

I have the same problem and I simply open the base (5 screws at the back), disconnect the cable that came from the keypad located (if you see the station from the back) at the left, turn on the base without connecting this cable. After that, I unpluged the station, reconnect the keypad cable and connect it again. Solved.

I had some buttons that worked and some that did not work. I disconnected the cable from the keypad and reconnected it (no power up power down) and that's all it took! Solved!

I had similar problems with phone. Thanks for the disconnect keypad cable solution. Did the trick!
