IPhone 1G Touch Problem

My iPhone 1G is from China and i live in Denmark, but here water came in the screen at some way and then the screen was stuck to the touch wich means touch donest work anymore.. Please help me. I need this iPhone!!

The least expensive fix is to back it up and get a different 1G iPhone to replace it. The touch screen is aprox $80 to fix with parts alone.
