What browser you are using?
Other browsers won't load facebook especially if there are plugins that are missing or needed to be installed. Other computers may already have installed or updated all plugins. For example: Flash player plugins, Java plugins, etc..Mostly these plugins are always needed and should be updated.

You can also download and install one of these browsers:
1. Moziila Firefox - Click to DOWNLOAD .
When prompted Save the .exe file on your desktop. When download's complete, double click the .exe file to begin installation. When installation is complete, double click <Mozilla Firefox> located on your desktop. Start browsing facebook now.

2. Google Chrome - Click to DOWNLOAD.
Just click <Agree and Install>.

how do it fix the socialview errors

This is bacause of some invalid entries in the HOST file.

Step 1: Click on C drive then doubleclick windows.
Step 2: Look for System32 and double click on drivers.
Step 3: Look for ETC and a file called hosts.
Step 4: Right Click on Hosts and choose open with. Select Notepad to open it.
Step 5: Delete and entry127.0.0.1 insider.msg.yahoo.com.

Save and close try again...It should work.

First uninstall it and run a system registry after uninstalling. If you can find the Yahoo messenger folder in your root drive directory (C:\) then delete it before you reinstall a fresh copy of yahoo messenger. Good luck. Thank you for using FixYa.

Uninstall everything yahoo related from add/remove programs. Go to your C:, then Program Files and delete the yahoo folder from there also. Now go download ccleaner from www.download.com and run the cleaner, once that is done run the registry cleaner a couple times.

Try re-installing the latest yahoo from there. IF that failed also, you have one last shot that will work but it can be tedious a bit and a little dangerous so make sure to back up your files before proceeding. If the error still happens, do all of the above except for re-installing the yahoo. Now from the run command (Windows Logo Key + R), type: regedit <Hit ENTER>. Up top click on Edit and then click Find. Type: Yahoo! <Hit Enter>. Delete what it found and then press F3 to find the next yahoo! item. Delete everything it finds till there are no more matches found. Close the Regedit and reboot the pc. Now re-install the latest Yahoo Messenger and the problem is gone. I have done this several times for clients and this fixes it 100% of the time. Cheers!

If you cannot play it in your browser,then go to adobe and download the latest version of adobe flash player plugin, close your browser and install it. Open your browser and try again. You should be ok now.
