Question about Casio EXILIM ZOOM EX-Z60 Digital Camera
Casio EXILIM camara lens will not fully extend. When power is turned on,
a clicking noise is heard. The LCD displays what will be captured, but
is is very blurry. Then the lens closes and a "lens error" message appears on
the LCD. Sometimes it says "retry power on.
It's the focus lens gears. The often times get knocked out of alignment by an impact, or debris gets in there. This can be fixed, but Casio won't help. Hint...google my username. ;)

Try plugging the PC interface cord into the external connector. No need to hook it up to your computer, just plug it in and out a few times. Then try to power up the camera.
