Axion handheld tv. No picture at all.

This tv is only a year old and has only been on twice. It worked fine both times and was replaced on the shelf. Turned it on the other day and no picture at all. Sound on tv and fm is great. This is the lcd color, 2-1/2 in. screen. I know it hasn't been dropped or damaged.

Good idea but I had tried that. It is hooked up to AC and is no different. I am amazed this thing has only about two hours run time on it and has died. It has been on a shelf in a plastic bag for a year so it isn't dirty or wet or anything. I'm confused.

MasterI have on and if the batteries start getting weak the screen display brightness is the first to stop working. Double check that, if you are on AC power try sliding the brightness control from dim to bright a few times and see if the rheostat has corroded. Those are a few of the quick checks you can try, let me know. Jay
