i get no response from any of the application buttons on my hx2410. when i press the calendar button, the "align screen" comes up. i've tried both soft and hard resets, but with no luck...any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

take the battery off for 15 seconds then put it back... try doing this atleast once a week. hoping this will help your problem. goodluck
