I purchased mobile dual SIM China Sigmated FXD T99i. But 2nd SIM not activated and show Invalid sim on desktop since Decembir-2009

i have a Sigmatel e55 mobile phone. Its a dual SIM Set (Its IMEi Nos. are 3521.............& IMEISV:78.) The second SIM does not workig. Please provde me a valid IMEI No. or give me advice how can I activate my second SIM.
