Question about ViewSonic VE710b 17" Flat Panel LCD Monitor
You probably got yourself a bad backlight or better yet a bad inverter board inside. A lot of experts found if you open this thing up and See any puffed up capacitors replace them as that could also cause this issue. But viewsonics had a issue with a bad capacitor on the power supply board.
